The concept behind the Linear Solution collection is designing a "problem" to be solved into the piece in order to result in a more creative and unexpected piece. When I shape the wood pendant I do not know how I will attach it to a chain or collar. I then have to create a metal detail that responds to the shape in order to create a way to hang it. These pieces take a lot of extra time but the end results are always worth it.
This piece is one of my favorites, featuring Black Palm Wood with Argentium Silver "line work" and sterling silver collar.
